He and his wife, Patti, have been married for 34 years, and have three adult children: Paul (27, lives in Lexington, SC), Timothy (26, stationed at US Marine base Twentynine Palms, CA), and Lauren (24, lives in Tampa, FL). Patti and Brent live in Lexington with their two American Pitbulls (Fletch and Clark). Patti teaches Honors English at River Bluff High School, where Brent also volunteers as the varsity football and lacrosse FCA Character Coach.
